KOE Lighting Ltd. is a China-based LED lighting manufacturer established in 2001. Our 20,000m² manufacturing facility is located in Guangzhou, China, and we serve customers in 50+ countries worldwide.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to destinations worldwide. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
• Best For: Small to medium orders, urgent projects, samples

Air Freight
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days
• Best For: Medium to large orders requiring faster delivery than sea freight

Sea Freight
• Estimated Delivery Time: 20-40 business days
• Best For: Large orders, full containers (FCL), cost-conscious bulk shipments

Rail Freight
• Estimated Delivery Time: 18-30 business days
• Best For: European and Asian destinations, medium to large orders

Note: All delivery times are counted from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Production lead times may apply before shipping (see Section 5).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and shipping method.

4.1 Getting a Shipping Quote
• Small Orders: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
• Bulk Orders: For orders exceeding 50kg or large volumes, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

4.2 Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value or as part of promotional campaigns. Such offers will be clearly communicated on our website or through direct communication.

5. Order Processing Time

Standard Products (In-Stock)
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
Bulk/Wholesale Orders
• Processing Time: 5-10 business days for production or stock allocation
Custom/ODM/OEM Orders
• Processing Time: 15-45 business days (case-by-case, communicated before confirmation)

Order Confirmations:
• Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order
• Shipping Confirmation: Once dispatched, including tracking information
• Delivery Notification: Upon successful delivery

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number and carrier link. If no tracking updates appear within 3 business days of receipt, please contact us at koe@koe-lighting.com for assistance.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

7.1 Import Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7.2 Customs Clearance
We declare the full commercial value of the products on customs documentation. We do not under-declare values or mark items as “gifts” for customs purposes.

7.3 Customs Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. To avoid delays, please ensure all required documentation is provided promptly.

7.4 Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are made under EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) terms, as specified in your order confirmation.

8. Packaging

Products are packaged in standard protective packaging for safe delivery. For bulk orders, we offer custom packaging options (including branded packaging) at additional cost.
Important: If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, note it on the delivery receipt and take photographs before opening.

9. Inspecting Your Shipment

We strongly recommend inspecting all products upon delivery. For detailed inspection procedures and issue resolution, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy. Key timelines:
• Visible packaging damage: Note on receipt and contact us within 3 business days
• Product damage or missing items: Contact us within 7 business days
• Incorrect items: Do not use. Contact us within 7 business days

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused duties, etc.):
• We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address.
• Additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
• If you choose not to proceed with re-delivery, we will refund the product cost minus a restocking fee and any incurred shipping costs.
