KOE Lighting Ltd. is a China-based LED lighting manufacturer established in 2001. Our 20,000m\u00b2 manufacturing facility is located in Guangzhou, China, and we serve customers in 50+ countries worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Shipping Destinations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We ship to destinations worldwide. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)<\/strong>
\u2022 Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
\u2022 Best For: Small to medium orders, urgent projects, samples<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air Freight<\/strong>
\u2022 Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days
\u2022 Best For: Medium to large orders requiring faster delivery than sea freight<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sea Freight<\/strong>

Note: All delivery times are counted from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Production lead times may apply before shipping (see Section 5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and shipping method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1 Getting a Shipping Quote
\u2022 Small Orders: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
\u2022 Bulk Orders: For orders exceeding 50kg or large volumes, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2 Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value or as part of promotional campaigns. Such offers will be clearly communicated on our website or through direct communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bulk\/Wholesale Orders
\u2022 Processing Time: 5-10 business days for production or stock allocation
Custom\/ODM\/OEM Orders

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

7.1 Import Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.2 Customs Clearance
We declare the full commercial value of the products on customs documentation. We do not under-declare values or mark items as “gifts” for customs purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.3 Customs Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. To avoid delays, please ensure all required documentation is provided promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.4 Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are made under EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) terms, as specified in your order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Packaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Products are packaged in standard protective packaging for safe delivery. For bulk orders, we offer custom packaging options (including branded packaging) at additional cost.
Important:<\/strong> If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, note it on the delivery receipt and take photographs before opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Inspecting Your Shipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We strongly recommend inspecting all products upon delivery. For detailed inspection procedures and issue resolution, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy. Key timelines:
\u2022 Visible packaging damage: Note on receipt and contact us within 3 business days
\u2022 Product damage or missing items: Contact us within 7 business days
\u2022 Incorrect items: Do not use. Contact us within 7 business days<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Undeliverable Packages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused duties, etc.):
\u2022 We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address.
\u2022 Additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
\u2022 If you choose not to proceed with re-delivery, we will refund the product cost minus a restocking fee and any incurred shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
