1. Brief introduction

KOE Lighting Ltd., a professional lighting manufacturer for European market, is located in Dongsha industrial zone, Liwan District, Guangzhou, China. The factory occupies 6000+5000 square meters of land--the manufacturing plant has 6500+4000 square meters while the office has 2500 square meters in construction. Now we have 15 engineers and technicians, 10 management personnel, 15 office personnel, 23 QC personnel and 350 workers. Our products are mainly for industrial use and home decoration ranging from halogen down light, spot light, ceiling light, wall light to electronic transformers and related accessories.

2．Work ethic

From the experience in market for more than 10 years, we learned that the most important thing in business is our work ethic. Our attitude to production, to quality control, to marketing, to customer service decides the place we stay in the market finally. Every one can be better if he desires to be. We establish a good attitude inside our plant to be always sincere and serious on every detail we work on, and make our best efforts to reach the satisfaction of the customers.

3．Quality control

Good products are made from production. Real quality control is do things beforehand not afterwards. The best way of quality control is to have strict control on components to have detial test on structure and function before production, to improve the quality in the production lines and then to inspect the finished goods to see the final result. We have set up our only quality control principle according to European market, and always follow the regulations of EC in time.
